Carnival's cruise ship Triumph docked at St. Thomas.

Ahoy, Freepers!  Why not make your next year's vacation a FREEPER CRUISE? Can't think of a better idea!
United we stand for conservative activism AND some good old-fashioned fun, too!

This cruise thread will be running right up until embarkation day.  It'll be packed with lots of information.
Post your enthusiastic comments here.  Links are provided below for stateroom/fares information, registration form and
the Bahama Mama Q&A thread devoted solely to answers for all your cruise questions and to provide you with smooth sailing.

We strongly urge you to register ASAP.  We need a certain number of registrations by a mid-January cutoff date
to ensure our reserved block of cabins with Carnival.  From many communications we've received since last year's terrific cruise,
we're certain the interest is out there.  We don't want to have to deep-six this event if we don't get enough registrations in a timely manner.
PLEASE NOTE to hold off on making your air tickets reservations until we give you the go-ahead.
We have more than ample lead-time for this cruise and you'll be able to get good air-fare bargains in plenty of time!
Since some air-transportation tickets are non-refundable, we don't want anyone to be left holding the ditty-bag.

As an incentive for early registration, the first 20 Freepers to get their reservations into the travel agency
will win their choice of five (5) sheets of Ocents.com stamp sheets (go to that website for Seeking the Truth's array of terrific stamps!)
They will also receive a usflagballoon.com pin courtesy of Abner (check out Abner's usflagballoon website
to view the colorful pin and some excellent pictures of the US Flag Balloon!)  Registrations will be dated and time-stamped by the agency.
Winners will be notified and they'll receive their gift stamps and pins via mail.

We've got a great contest planned for later.  A lucky winner will receive a FREE cabin for two!
Last year, the contest was won by our Freeper pal, Taxman.  This time it may be you!

Bookmark this thread.  We'll keep you posted as plans evolve.  Register now for this fun-filled getaway in the sun!
Informal FRN meetings will be held on board which will be full of information and idea-sharing for effective conservative activism.

Rock the boat with your fellow Freepers!  Climb aboard today!

This page is for general comments about the cruise.
If you have questions, do not post them here.
Use the Bahama Mama link and ask them there.
Thank you!

The cruise is still two months away. Our low discount group rates are holding firm. The ship is filling up rapidly (I'm series!), but there's still cabins available, including the very popular verandah cabins. Think now about taking the most relaxing and enjoyable vacation imaginable!

The joys of Freeper cruising go way beyond all the delicious dining, the entertainment, the island tours, the Grand Cayman Beach Party, the shopping and the Grand Casino.

You'll meet many of your favorite folks behind the screen names (our two new freeper TV stars will be aboard!). You'll participate in some lively "activism" meetings and engage in scintillating discussion periods. Our group will revel on the ship and on the beaches with front-line-and-in-the-trenches Liberty Rally stories, Gulf War strategy stories, Billary stories, Petah Ahnett and Geraldo stories and, of course, fish stories (a freeper deep-sea game fishing event is in the works!)

Join Free Republic's finest and funnest in our "FReeps Ahoy" cruise!

Phone our lovely travel agent mermaid, Wanda, and register today. Call toll-free 1-800-890-7583 while cabins are still available. Don't let this opportunity slip by like a ship passing in the night. Let's celebrate together the deep-sixing of Saddam and his thugs on the aptly-named good ship "Triumph".

Freepmail me at "MinuteGal" with any questions.

See y'all aboard!

Leni

Yeah, I confirm my air travel tomorrow. I'll be in Miami on the Thursday before instead of Friday, so I can:

- Take advantage of the lower fare if I fly on a Thursday

- See my favorite ex-sister-in-law in Port St. Lucie

I freely admit that my brother was a complete idiot for divorcing her. I wouldn't mind taking a shot at her myself, but her 6' 8" 320 pound hubby might not understand (and would be fully entitled to take me apart like a flaky biscuit) ;)

fish stories (a freeper deep-sea game fishing event is in the works!)

True true. Our scurvy crew for this particular junket so far is up to 5 - we can take one more. So, hurry if you want the best in fishing, brewskis, and company.

Thank you.

If you don't sign up for this cruise, you won't get a shirt!

Ask Shrew how nice they are. He has one.

LOL, Abner! The contents of the cruise Welcome Bags are a secret but maybe not quite a total secret. Here and there, as we go along, we may divulge some of the little donated gifties that will be lurking in the bags.

All will be revealed when the Welcome Bags are distributed at the sailing-night freeper cocktail party!

VOC still uses the great plastic tumblers in the garage. I won't let him take the glass out to the garage. Not that he would break it, but I would never get it back.

My daughter and I have confirmed our flight plans and our hotel reservation for Friday night. We are anxious to sail. Also to meeting the other Freepers. All of it sounds like great fun. Especially the "little rum punchie things".
