He's black....they'll be loathe to shoot him. I look for a lengthy imprisonment although some FReepers have pointed out that there are military statutes that allow for execution.

For Chrissakes...only FOX is even calling him an American Muslim.....I can only tell from the pictures that he's black. Whether he's a loony Louis NOI homegrown nut or from West Africa or elsewhere I haven't a clue.

CNN started talking about what the Time Magazine reporter was saying about the incident, but failed to mention that same reporter had just opined (on FOX NEWS) that the suspect was motivated by his Muslim beliefs. Amazing CNN PC issue dodging!
