Hello, Asher. It seems to me I've heard this song before. Not a pretty tune.

Wherever these calls for fatwah originate we need to send a GDAM. If we can't pinpoint it then use a MOAB and so on...

The Fatah threat follows an appeal by Hamas and Islamic Jihad to the Iraqi people to carry out suicide attacks against the US and UK troops.

Someone should point out to them that the days of $25,000 checks from Saddam to the families of bombers are over.

> ...Aksa Martyrs' Brigades ... called on Muslims to attack

This is not news. It is not a change in their posture.

It is instructive that no attacks have taken place. We
could assume that had they had a retaliatory plan in place,
it would have been ready to execute when GW’s deadline
expired, and certainly no later that the commencement of
obvious hostilities in Baghdad.

Nothing. Nada. El zippo, anywhere.

> Palestinian Authority officials said the statement

Yes, but only because the statement wasn’t strong enough
for Arafat.

demonstrators held a special prayer calling for the destruction of the US and Great Britain and for the victory of Iraq.

I'm sure that's going to work, NOT!

Inasmuch as Fatah has, in effect, just declared war on the United States, perhaps we should reserve 10% of the ordnance scheduled for tomorrow's "shock and awe" campaign for them.

Hamas ...urged Muslims to hold special prayers to call for the annihilation of the US and its allies...

When will these creepy clowns figure out that Al-haha isn't listening to them? It seems to me that Al-haha hates muslims.

Fatah = supposedly under Arafat's control

Either Arafat ordered this (which would be crazy, but not out of character for him) or he's losing control to wacko elements.
