#6 Can be A or B. I have a Harrington Richardson revolver that requires you to remove the cylinder to load and unload it.
I'm really surprised that the media can't see the relationship between the first and second amendments. The second amendment insures all of the others.

If THIS is all there is to the safety test, if someone CAN'T pass it they shouldn't be handling a gun! ;-)
Still, I don't think that any law-abiding citizen should be required to pass any government test in determining whether they should be allowed to own a gun or not.

Na, this is the questions they give California Senators to see if they qualify for a carry permit.
Of course if your name is "Boxer", you get 7 attempts to pass.

Quite true, but let us not forget that Liberals are the ones who insist that we MUST have warning labels on gas pumps that list dire consequences for those who think it'd be a good idea to drink gasoline or breathe its fumes.
Isn't it odd that the Left insists that kids should get sex education and free condoms to avoid deadly consequences like AIDS, but they howl bloody murder whenever someone suggests that the best way to curtail youth firearm accidents is to (*gasp*) give kids practical instruction in firearm safety?
Kinda shows their hypocrisy, if you ask me...

Of course requiring a "test" for gun buyers is prior restraint; but here in the land of the 9th Circuit Court, there is NO avenue for appeal.

Well, you COULD appeal under Rule .308, but, i think it might be a tad premature for that one There is no small number of Americans who believe that this "form" should be completed from 300 yards away....
