Corruption may be endemic in Africa, but at least they take a strong view on dress codes. ;)

faced a jail term of up to seven years for indecent assault. And some people think that what someone wears (or doesn't wear) underneath pants or dresses is a victimless crime!
(Tinfoil time - was this law supported by the eeeeevil knicker manufacturing lobby?)

Corruption may be endemic in Africa, but at least they take a strong view on dress codes. ;) Well what could be more important for the police to spend their time on?
If they weren't busy checking on the type of underwear that girls were wearing, they might have to investigate what the politicians were stealing. This is similar to American police spending all that time looking for harmless people who smoke Marujuana, when there are much bigger fish to fry.

Sounds like the authorities really had their knickers in a twist over this!!

Ivan, you've just given ideas to the Louisiana State Legislature for new laws.
BTW: You have FReepmail.

In light of recent news and just for clarification...is Uganda a cannibal country, a vampire-fearing country, a starving country that refuses GMO grain, a murderously rioting country, a country that is killing its technicians and destroying infrastructure or is it just a regular country that still practices slavery?

I guess the African bush is more dangerous than the Discovery Channel lets on. :)

"...but the girl claimed she had been wearing a G-string..." How a woman can stand having what amounts to some twine yanked up into her no-sunshine zone UTTERLY escapes me...
They must be numb 'down there'.
