Jim needs to keep extending the lead in rural Missouri. St. Louis City is going to give Carnahan at least a 13,000 vote gain.

Do you think she could still has a chance to win though?

yea....St. Louis may be sitting on some "Poor ole Widow" votes, but by my calculations, they can't be sitting on more than 25,000 votes, and Talent is ahead by more than that.
I don't know if all of Kansas city is reported yet, but hte Widow is cooked unless the absentee ballots are cooked.
Another interesting note - Prop. A (the cigarette tax 400% increase) is looking like it will NOT pass. I should have put some money on this at work - but the night is not yet over.
Big Night for Missouri - Big Night for Pubbies - Big Night for Bush..., oh yes - very bad night for the 'RAT Finks over at DummyRatsUnderground ... slow loading but good for a laugh. Those pip squeak screw balls are freaking out. It makes gloating FUN!!!

Talent's lead keeps growing numerically!

Be sure to wear a wetsuit and goggles before going over to DU. They are sorely in need of drool cups, hankies and soap to wash out their mouths.

Hi there Dems!
Did you just listen to mz carnahan a few minutes ago? She's not declared defeat and is hopeful that st louis city will give her enough numbers. She says Kansas City numbers were good.
I'm so glad i moved away from KC! It's awful..
To: ~Kim4VRWC's~
200 precincts to go, and the lead is down to exactly 24,000 votes. I'm scared here. If they have one of those minority areas in St Louis still to come, they may do what they did in 2000, and gain 60000 votes at the end again.
If Talent wins by a small amount, Does Carnahan step aside? We all know that Ashcroft did 2 years ago when he might have won a challenge
