I cannot help but giggle at the neverending stream of "No War At All Costs" articles that keep popping up in the media from within the US and around the World.

As a Christian I am rooted in the belief that this World is dominated by evil [anything apart from God] so I have always been warry of a World that seemingly gets together and speaks with one voice.

Hollywood, Berkeley, The UN, a million Universities, Libertarians, Liberals, Communists, Socialists, Earth Firsters, South Africa [like they matter], The Euroweenies, Canadians, Russians, Chinese etc, etc. The list of Nations and organizations screaming bloody murder at the notion of overthrowing a Hitleresque dictator bent on murdering Jews is mindboggling. They had absolutely no problem with attacking some Balkan Nation that posed absolutely no threat to the security of the US or Israel but when the President squares up on a tyrant that does...oh that is another matter altogether.

To all of these reality-haters up is down, left is right, north is south and so on and so forth.

The more opposition rises...the deeper entrenched I become in the conviction that all out War with Iraq is the right course to take.
Anyway, I'll end my short rant with my Mother's words of wisdom...

"Boy, when The Whole World screams For You To Go Left....Quickly Turn Right."

Your mother gave you excellent advise; this same advise I heard from my parents and we've tried to get this into our kids' heads as well. My parents said it differently, however, they said: "When the whole world moves one direction make sure you're going the opposite." I have learned through the years, repeatedly, that this advise is invariably wise (especially when seen in retrospect).

Great rant my friend .. I've tried to understand the other side of the argument and yes war is a serious matter and yes people can die

But then I look at the bigger picture and who we are dealing with .. Saddem is a madman that has got to be stopped because given the chance .. he will kill as many people as he can

And then what will we do ??

Reading Bill Sammons new book "Fighting Back". You know there is a double entendre here. Bush is mostly fighting back against the libs. When you read it from this perspective it is Hillaryous! Libs have been scaring folks to win elections for decades, now Bush is scaring soccer moms with terror. Extremely funny when you think about it, they are finally getting some of what they dish up and there ain't a dang thing they can do about it.
