Praying for Suzie!
Our Father who art in heaven,
Hallowed be Thy name.
Thy kingdom come; Thy will be done
In Earth as it is in heaven.
Give us this day our daily bread,
And forgive us our debts as we forgive our debtors.
And lead us not into temptation,
But deliver us from evil.
For Thine is the kingdom, and the power, and the glory,
Forever.
Amen.

God hears the prayers of his people. Praise the Lord! I pray that God restore Suzie to complete health. God, please lead and guide the surgeon and the nurses attending the surgeons. May you give comfort and strength to Suzie's family to see them through the days ahead. Your will be done Lord. Amen.

Thanks for your thoughts but I was responding to Suzie who wanted prayer request. I'd forward your message to her but don't remember her exact screen name. Your kindness will be greatly appreciated. Freep regards, Mary Beth

What a curse that is. My sister has lung cancer and one of my classmates is dying from that and heart trouble. Sis has lost two sons to cancer and my mother died of it. May God touch and bless them and heal them of this curse.

Prayers sent - For BOTH of you.
Most of all, that God will help Suzie and all those close to her through this difficult time, and that He will help you to trust in Him completely. Regardless of how HE decides it should come out.
Caregivers need prayers too. If you are not her primary caregiver, you might add that person to your own prayers as well.
My father had lung cancer. It was found too late to operate, and he was quickly gone (not like Suzie). It took me years to get over. Now, years later, I can see the hand of a merciful and loving God in the way he was taken home.
Right now, today, my wife has multiple myeloma. It is not fun (it's horrible), but part of what I learned years ago is helping. None of us know the mind of God, but we can TRUST Him completely. He knows what He is doing.
