Bill Clinton used his first Orange County appearance since 1999 on Thursday to discuss everything from actress Rita Moreno's career to his own current activities, from attacks on GOP tax cuts to warnings that the United States should avoid war with Iraq.

I read part of it...my question to Bill Clinton is if he knows so much of what to do and how to do it and when to do it and whom to go after first....WHY THEN DIDN'T HE do it when he was in office. Face time again folks. Me, me, me...I need the attention...put the camera on me...look at me... What a horrible, disgusting excuse for a human being. I have NEVER in my entire life EVER seen a more needy person than this one. The only thing good about him being in the news is he brings more nonsense type of entertainment to TV than the shows that are already running.
