I'm so disappointed in Bush. I honestly believe that he is more interested in protecting his poll numbers than doing what is right in annihilating terrorism.

I can't believe you think this clueless rant deserves its own thread.

It seems Dubya likes to talk big and carry a small stick!

Welcome to Democracy. It does wake up but goes back to sleep quite quickly. I can't figure it out either. but I guess no one wants a dictatorship during war, so be it.

Of the people who actually ran for President, and had a real chance to be ellected (that excludes fringe kooks like the Libertarians), who do you think would be handling the greatest crisis since 1962 any better than Bush and his team?

Just curious.

This story is stupid. We all know what Bush can and will do to go after Hamas.

Would you like to give us your step-by-step plan to eradicate terrorism? With the power and force of the U.S., and the experience and capabilities of the Israeli forces unable to effectively eliminate terrorism, I'm sure you will be hailed as a genious and savior to all the human race when we hear from you on how to do it.

First, I don't see how this belongs on the NEWS side as it is clearly a vanity, and second, what more exactly is it you want him to about the "Rag-head"? And thirdly, maybe you shoulda ran for president.

Ridiculous and clueless. I suggest doing something more productive with your time than posting such threads--like getting informed.

Remember, Bush said this would be a different type of war and a long ongoing effort. The type of war you're referring to is the one where you know who the enemy is. This war involves going after people who hide behind civilians and have no government.

President Bush responds with a military offensive that is presently stalled. Al Quieda remains and continues to grow.

Continues to grow? Where? All of the information I've seen indicates that the Al Qaeda network is being disrupted and is shrinking, not growing.

The offensive is not stalled. President Bush said from the outset that this conflict will take years to complete. The level of intensity will vary over periods of time, and the conflict has moved into a new phase.

The Taliban regime that harbored Al Qaeda was quickly removed from power. Preparations are underway for a regime change in Iraq. We are making good progress.

Anyone who insists on assessing America's war efforts on a daily basis is bound to be disappointed. There was a time when immediate retaliatory action prevailed: see Clinton vs. Sudanese Pharmaceuticals.

Just because we don't nuke Baghdad or snipe Arafat at the drop of a hat doesn't mean these things aren't being considered. For those who haven't noticed, every single US action has, if not equal and opposite, a most certain reaction. Fools rush in, my friends, and I hope our president is demonstrating he is no fool.

While I don't agree with your total assesment of Bush, I must admit that I to would like to see these C**k s**kers wiped out just ASAP. But the problem is Alliances & Politics. I'm sure Bush would like to kick their @ss just as much as we would, but everybody doesn't feel that way in the rest of the world. I wouldn't care if they nuked Iraq & the Israeli's wiped out AraFart & his ilk. I do know that there is a storm coming on the horizon and the four horsemen are not far behind, we all need to be careful what we wish for, we may just get it.

Arafat must be removed, and yet the little rag-head remains.

Isn't "rag head" a little insenitive and uncaring to our Arab neighbors?

Since you are so darned hot for some positive action against terrorism, why don't YOU do something?

Hop on an airplane and get your butt over to Israel on the next available flight. You could patrol the streets and pounce on would-be homocide bombers.

I would feel so much safer knowing you were personally solving the problem with terrorism.

Carter would have surrendered by now. We'd have President bin Laden.

BTW, is "rag-head" really that constructive. It's one thing for a comment, but a vanity post?
