War Crimes Expert/Broadcaster Andy Martin Says Indictment of Ariel Sharon Is 'Only a Matter of Time,' Will Host Forum Detailing Indictment Procedures
NEW YORK - PRNewswire - April 29
War crimes expert and broadcaster Andy Martin, the only radio talk show host in America who supports Palestinian rights, will present an Internet forum Monday, May 6th at 1:00 P.M. to predict the war crimes indictment of Ariel Sharon and to provide the evidentiary and procedural basis for the indictment.
"I think I can state with certainty, based on my sources, the war crimes indictment of Ariel Sharon is only a matter of time. Monday May 6th I will provide the procedural and judicial basis for the indictment.
"This is a matter of long-term expertise on my part. I first began studying war crimes law in Viet-Nam.
"On March 7th, 2002 I conducted a 'Mock War Crimes Tribunal' on my radio program and the Internet, introduced evidence and indicted Sharon. Since then more atrocities have taken place.
"Sharon's game-playing with the international community is what will doom Israel. Jenin is the 'bridge too far' that will trigger the indictment.
"Sharon and his lackeys originally stated that they had 'nothing to hide' in Jenin, while hiding everything from everyone. Then they agreed to a civil investigation by the United Nations. Then they clammed up. Then they attacked the investigators. Then they demanded evidence gathered not be used for war crimes prosecutions.
"I do not think Sharon will actually stand trial. Israel will not extradite Sharon. Israel will be ostracized and possibly embargoed. Sharon will be a 'prisoner,' able to travel only to the United States where public opinion will eventually turn against Israel. All this we will discuss in detail on May 6th," says Martin.
Andy Martin is the only American radio talk show host who supports Palestinian rights. Martin's forums have become the fulcrum of foreign policy analysis on the Internet.
He is a respected voice in America's intelligence community and his growing analysis of suicide bombing can be found at http://www.thepalmerpress.com/ . He has traveled through the Middle East; his foreign experience includes Europe, Iran and Asia. His family has been involved in the Middle East for almost 100 years, since his grandfather, a British officer, served with Lawrence of Arabia.
Martin has been an adjunct professor of law and is a foreign policy consultant in the areas of military security and intelligence; he studied under the late Bernard Fall, was an assistant to U.S. Senator Paul H. Douglas and founded the Revolutionary War Research Center.
Martin's radio program, heard Monday-Friday over WPBR-AM, West Palm Beach, covers Florida issues from noon-1 P.M. and foreign policy from 1-2 P.M.

Andy Martin is a certifiable nutjob. He is a Republican in Palm Beach County, Florida who runs for every office known to mankind - in several states to boot!
He has been arrested and sued in several states!
This guy is such a joke. He buys his radio time to have something to do.
"Intelligence Expert" - that is one of the funniest things I have ever read.

US talk show host: Boycott Timberland over Israel support - Jerusalem Post Internet Staff
'A US radio talk show host, who supports Palestinian claims, has issued a call to boycott products made by the Timberland shoe company.
Host Andy Martin, who works for WPBR-AM in West Palm Beach Florida, suggested the company change its name to "Murder Inc." in light of CEO Jeffrey Schwartz' call for supporting Israel.'
Got any links? I'd like to blanket his forum.
Next, he gives himself legitimacy by saying the he was an adjunct professor but does not tell us where so that we could verify that claim (chances are he was less glamorously called Instructor).
And, after all that... he signs with his own name.
Having him as a defender, the Palestinian Arabs are in good hands.
This guy makes "Crazy Eddie" look sane.
Maybe we should encourage him as their spokeperson?
Really? The only one? And the rest of them think Palestinians should not have any rights?
I first began studying war crimes law in Viet-Nam
Really? Where in Vietnam? Is their a university program in Saigon, or did he just pick up a book there?
