I dunno who he/she was. It was the handle of a freeper poster long ago who apparently had some "insights" into world happenings. Perhaps some more knowledgable FReepers could help out on who he/she actually was/is.

In the final analysis it appears that he/she was as BSer.

Yep. Unfortunately there is a less than admirable group here who are like the little jerk kids in elementary school who used to squeal to the teacher about another kid throwing a spitball. We didn't appreciate those informers at our school, but they're at every school, apparently!

We used to take those kids out to a telephone poll, tie them to it, and start a little fire around their feet. Squealling dissipated, and the spitballs continued to fly with little harm done.

A+Bert was one of favorites, but when his sailor language kicked in, it was bye-bye for a week or two. I'm sure he was the most banned FReeper of all time.

As a WWII and Korea vet, I wouldn't be surprised if he's pushing up daisies one day soon. I always respect my elders, and it will be a sad day when A+Bert truly departs...and I'm afraid we'll never know about it.
