A man I work with told me about a show that was on recently, on network as he does not have cable, about a man who murdered his wife and children and his mother, lined the bodies up in the house, and left. The bodies were not found for some time and the man was not found for many years. It was a true story, and supposedly the man, now in his '70s, was found and sentenced to prison.
If anyone knows more about this, could they please send info or URL for an article. Thanks to any who can help.

John List - Was profiled on ABCNews last night. He murdered his mother, his wife and three kids, lined em up and then disappeared for 18 years. He took the name Bob Clark.
Now he rots in prison with very little remorse.

I watched parts of this Connie Chung interview. The man is an evil beast with no conscious, no remorse. He reminded me of the pedophile priest who just got sentenced to 10 years in prison.
Two examples of the evil, not insane, who walk among us.

The John List post is correct. He was on the loose for about 18 years as I recall. I think he was a religious nut. I believe that Ann Rule might have a book on this as well or some other prominent crime author. In any event, I have found that if you go into Google and just type in some of the words regarding any subject you can usually find what you are wanting in short order.

The saddest part of this story is this:
The guy killed his family because he was losing (or had lost ???) his job and was afraid to admit to them or to the church (in which he was very active) that they wouldn't be able to live in their beautiful home any longer or live up to his "standards" -- but the "ballroom" in which he had laid them out had a original Tiffany stained-glass ceiling -- he could have sold this ceiling and made enough money for them to all live like royalty for many years

Thank you all so much. Now that I know the name and some of the circumstances, I will be able to check it out. It is absolutely wonderful how, no matter what the subject is, there's always a Freeper who knows something about it. Thanks again!
