You apparantly have trouble with reading comprehension since the links you posted do not indicate (from any credible sources) that Taliban will be part of any government. As I said. ONe article elides a tribe into the Taliban and you don't even notice it.
As of 11/12/01 the Taliban is fast dissoving and will soon disappear and will be part of nothing. The American-Russian alliance is strong and getting stronger not fractured or rent with disagrement. Putin is even giving W what he wants wrt the missle treaty.
Try reputible sources and read them carefully.

As should be clear by now to even the most obtuse, the Taliban is almost wiped out now. Afganistan will not be infested by them in the future in any form as I have been trying to make you understand. Why do people swallow wholesale the propaganda of sources whom they profess to disbelieve? When there is any chance to distrust Bush there are still far too many who jump at the chance.
Sickening, these are the sorts of people who were all over George Washington early in the War for Independence, sniping, undermining, demoralizing, aiding defeatism. They are just as useful today as in 1778.

No, it was around 1996 when the Clinton Admin decided to undermine them and cuddle up to Gulbuddin Hekmatyar because he was “the strong guy.” That was a disaster. They left Massood hanging. So AQ assassinated Massood before 911 to make sure.
CIA went back to the same vomit , Hekmatyar, when Obama took over, needless to say that was a disaster [again.]
Definition of insanity?
