In just a few short decades, homosexual activists have turned the tables on straights. Before, we denied homosexuals their sexuality; now they deny ours. While homosexuals proudly strut, heterosexuals cower in the closet confused about their male or female identity and shamed for their instincts.
Personally, I believe in "live and let live," and I am sure most homosexuals feel the same way. Therefore I was amazed to realize that for years homosexual and feminist activists have been waging a concerted campaign against heterosexuals, unbelievable as this sounds.
Homosexual and feminist activists have found common cause because they both think male-female distinctions are artificial. While many "feminists" are straight, feminism is a homosexual (lesbian) movement because it believes men and women are not only equal but the same. Homosexuality is love of the same.
Together, homosexual and feminist activists vilify men and depict normal heterosexual behavior as pathological. We are told men abuse women, and hetero sex roles are "learned", "unnatural", and "oppressive." They say that the way to social justice is to abolish heterosexuality altogether. Heterosexuals have been supine in the face of this loathsome campaign for two reasons: 1) Men don't attack women. These activists pretended to be the "woman's movement." In fact, they despise femininity. 2) They've have lowered a cone of immunity over themselves by claiming victim status . Their opponents are in fear of being labeled "homophobic" and "sexist." So heterosexuals have stupidly handed over the keys to the store.
For homosexual/feminist activists equality means being just like them. Anne Heche is the poster child for the new dispensation. "People" should have sex with "people" regardless of whether they are male or female. Homosexual/feminist activists are candid about this. "The end goal of the feminist revolution is the elimination of the sex distinction itself," says Shulamith Firestone (The Dialectic of Sex, 1972, p.11) "Heterosexual hegemony is being eroded," says Gary kinsman. "The forms of sexuality considered natural have been socially created and can be socially transformed." (The Regulation of Desire: Sexuality in Canada, 1987, p.219) Acceptance of equal rights for homosexuals will erase the distinction between gay and straight, says homosexual historian Jonathan Katz.
In one sense the right is right...to accuse the homosexual and lesbian rights movement of threatening homogenization....if homosexual and lesbian liberationists ever achieve full equality, they will do away with the social need for the hetero/homo division. The feminist controlled education system is virtually "breaking the ice" for homosexuals to have sex with our children. For example, the Grade Seven curriculum in Ontario introduces 12-year-old children to oral and anal sex. Phyllis Benedict, president of the Ontario Elementary Teacher's Federation said the union is "trying to promote a more positive [homosexual] environment in schools." (National Post, Aug.16) This extends to undermining the heterosexual family by reading books like "Aasha's Moms" and "Two Dads, Brown Dads, Blue Dads."
On the other hand, heterosexuality is virtually a taboo. Our children's textbooks have been rewritten to eliminate any hint that men and women might be different, live in traditional families, or behave in "stereotypical" ways. As a university lecturer, I tried to teach novelists like D.H. Lawrence, who portrayed male-female love in positive terms. I was accused of "sexual harassment" by feminist activists and lost my job. (Sexual harassment is now defined as anything that makes a feminist uncomfortable.)
As heterosexuals, we cannot explore our sexuality because it might make homosexuals "uncomfortable." This has led to the demoralization of society. We cannot celebrate men as masculine and women as feminine. We do not celebrate heterosexual love, the greatest gift that life offers us. This daily denial of our sexual identity amounts to persecution.
It used to be 'live and let live.' Now homosexual and feminist activists will not let us live. They will not feel equal and "comfortable" until we are like them.
In a recent episode of the TV show Friends, Ross and Rachel are in a sports car. Rachel avoids paying a speeding fine by flirting with the handsome traffic cop. Ross takes the steering wheel and is stopped for driving too slowly. Well, if Rachel can do it, so can he. Ross tries to flirt with the male cop. I found Ross' behavior demeaning and embarrassing. The message is that we can all go both ways even the cop.
This is the reality behind the homosexual activist demand for equality. Equality means same. It isn't enough to tolerate them, we must become them. It doesn't matter if we are comfortable, as long as they are.
There was more on the same Friends episode. Chandler's father apparently is a drag queen. (Hypocritically, "he" is played by Kathleen Turner.) Chandler and Monica attend a nightclub performance given by his father who talks with them impromptu. Chandler lets slip that he and Monica are getting married soon and dad, hurt he wasn't invited, wishes them well. Don't despair dad. Chandler invites him to the wedding and we all enjoy a "feel good" moment.
It's not enough that Chandler tolerates his drag queen father, he has to invite him to his wedding. This would be deeply humiliating to any male who honors his own masculinity. We model ourselves on our fathers. Marriage is a heterosexual sacrament. The father obviously represents everything the son has rejected. But heterosexual values don't matter as long as drag queens are uncomfortable. It's a wonder Chandler isn't homosexual himself. Stay tuned.
Homosexual behavior makes straights uncomfortable. Most men find the sight of two men kissing deeply repulsive. Homosexual families are not the same as hetero families. The adoption of straight children by homosexuals denies our differences and constitutes abuse. Homosexual marriages are different from hetero marriages, and should have a different status. Homosexual demands for "equality" imply their experience is the same as ours. It is not. Their demands distort our perceptions of ourselves. As Katz says, the "secret" purpose is to "do away with the social need for the hetero/homo division."
The difference between male and female is obvious to anyone who is not homosexual. Man is a Positive charge, woman is a Negative. There is an enormous attraction. The two sexes are in love with each other. We validate and balance each other.
Man channels G-d's love to woman. Man has the strength and vision. Woman wants to be used by a powerful man to enact this vision. Children are part of this. Heterosexuality is about having children. A man who believes in himself and in life, wants to project himself into the future. A woman wants to be his instrument. His seed is his spirit, which fertilizes her spirit in a thousand ways.
Children represent a belief in the future, and an offering of thanks to G-d. Heterosexual marriage is a sacred covenant. The hetero sex act is a mystical reenactment of the love between G-d (man) and Creation (woman).
Love is not adoration and self-gratification. Love is self sacrifice and service. Both sexes serve in different ways. In return, they are cherished and loved. Self sacrifice is the essence of feminine love. Unconsciously, men still know this. When a woman accepts a man's leadership, he feels loved and naturally loves her. This is what completes the circuit. This is women want. No woman should stay with a man who does not cherish her. No man should waste his time on a woman who does not acquiesce.
In conclusion, the homosexual model does not fit heterosexuals. It's time to recognize that homo and hetero sexuality are in fierce competition. There can only be one model. The most important domestic issue of the dawning 21st Century is:
Will ours be a heterosexual society that tolerates a 4% homosexual minority?
Or, will it be a homosexual society that persecutes a 96% straight majority? History is full of examples of minorities that have persecuted majorities. Take Communism for example.
If straights don't establish the norms, homosexual activists will. When homosexual/feminist activist demand "equality," they are demanding that one model fit all. They are saying we are the same. Drag queens are comfortable with this; but, are you?

Funny the way most men will get off on two women kissing though. Homosexuality is readily approved of when those spiritual male creatures with 'strength and vision' can masturbate to it.
