In a brazen demonstration of who controls the border, Mexican smugglers set up a make-shift ramp to drive a car over the southern border of the US in Arizona
'That's the international boundary on the Tohono O'odham reservation,' posted union vice president Art Del Cueto.
'Those extra things you see are ramps that the smugglers utilize to drive a car over the boundary and into the United States.
The Native American nation is on record opposing the 30-foot high, steel wall that US officials say is a crucial layer in helping to stem the flow of migrants.
In some places on Tohono O’odham land, you can see the US federal border wall abruptly stop and crude fencing, if any at all, begin.
Migrants casually walk over unobstructed, helping to propel the Tucson area, which the nation is part of, to having the most migrant crossings in the nation.

They claim the few new miles got built, wasn't long enough to do anything, and the hundreds of miles Trump claims got built, wasn't needed, because there was already an existing border barrier there.
Well, here's a perfect example of the nevertrumper's border wall that they say already existed, and doesn't need changing.

I appreciate the significance of the Native American Treaty. But, we have surrendered way more than enough of our Southern Border to the drug cartels and human traffickers of Mexico.

I hunt birds out near the reservation every winter. There are LOTS of illegal aliens that come through there; the debris is everywhere.
The U.S. needs to take over a mile-wide strip along the entire Mexican border from the Pacific to the Gulf of Mexico, build a real no-nonsense wall, and patrol every foot of it.
There is no way to see what’s happening as anything other than an invasion. This is something for which I consider seizing land under eminent domain as legitimate, on grounds of national security.
