One difference is, the protest on Capistol Hill was done for Americans and America. The holding AMERICAN motorists hostage on Golden Gate Bridge was done as a way of kissing muzzie terrorists’ asses.

Because of the selective prosecution, all the convictions should be overturned, not just the fraudulent felony charges for “impeding” Congress.

J6ers did not intentionally obstruct visitors or staffers from entering or leaving.... all barricades on Jan 6 were put up by the police or park service, not by protesters.

This case is not about mostly peaceful protests and Alito should recuse himself because he cannot keep his personal politics out of it unlike the pro Biden juror who promised to be fair to Trump. This is about railroading Trump for his criminality. It has nothing to do with politics. /sarc
If today’s arguments had not included such arguments as this from a justice themselves then the case would be a huge disaster for the side representing misuse of the law. The lawyer was all over the place and too intellectual to argue common sense. Alito did what the lawyer should have done, but didn’t.

How many people were affected when police and ambulances could not reach their destinations due to anti-American protesters blocking transportation routes? Someone calls 911 having a heart attack and these America haters are blocking the bridges, streets and interstates? These protesters must be held responsible and liability laid at their feet after investigations.
How about BLM riots in multiple American cities resulting in destruction of property and people killed (Kyle Rittenberger case, for example). Comparing “results” of said riots ,J6 was a walk in the park…
