Move to a locality that has high occupancy limits and cheaper housing.
The state should butt out and leave it to the localities.
Wouldn’t being able to make $10-20k
a month on a 4 bedroom home because you can squeeze 10-15 people in it..make an otherwise mediocre house worth a lot more money?
