Former President Trump threw his support behind Speaker Mike Johnson (R-La.) on Friday as Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-Ga.) — one of Trump’s closest allies on Capitol Hill — threatens to force a vote on ousting the House leader.
Asked during a press conference at Mar-a-Lago if he supports Greene’s motion to vacate, Trump — while standing beside Johnson — said the Speaker is “doing a very good job.”

Well maybe some RINOs will get a spine between now and reconsideration of the requirement for warrants. It’s not much, really, not given the price that we have all paid at the hands of the corrupt venal psycopathic deep-state.
I’m over it I can vote for Trump but Republicans down the ticket need to understand Trump’s endorsement means nothing to me when they vote to spy on Americans and wage war in Ukraine.
I will write in Volodymyr Zelensky if they do stuff like that.

You really take that at face value? This is politics, politicians are required to make political statements. What matters is what Trump tells Johnson in private.
“Nobody is a better Speaker than Johnson. I mean, he’s the best Speaker a Speaker has ever been. Big, beautiful Speaker. Lovely family with an adopted black child. Even better than Henry Clay, whom I met one time at Trump Tower but the Witch Hunt forced me to shut our meeting down. Rigged!”

I think RINOs are still devolving back into invertebrate swamp monsters. It seems that this evolution can happen in only a couple of generations. I think it starts with using daddy’s money to hire democrat students to be your caddy at the country club. Once you rely on them to carry your clubs and call your shots, you are on your way to being a great useless politician.
