That one and this law are constitutional IMO. But...the KY supreme court is far left and has a proven track record of aiding and abetting King Andy when he sidesteps the lawful process.
Louisville and Lexington are the armpit and ahole of KY. Hotbeds of corrupt lefties.
Andy Beshear will take over Mitch’s seat in the next election. He’s unbeatable in a state wide race.
