Federal Appeals Court Rejects ‘Invasion’ Claims, Issues New Block on Texas Immigration Law That Gives Police Power to Arrest Illegal Aliens

Last week the US Supreme Court allowed Texas to enforce its immigration law that allows police to arrest illegal aliens.

The Supreme Court’s conservative majority rejected an emergency application by the Biden Regime requesting the high court block Texas’ immigration law.

The high court temporarily rejected the Biden Regime’s request as litigation made its way through the courts.

The Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals last week temporarily suspended the immigration law after the Supreme Court rejected the emergency application.

A three-judge panel for the Fifth Circuit in a 2-1 ruling Tuesday night rejected ‘invasion’ claims and issued a new block on Texas’ immigration law.

The one judge who dissented was appointed by Trump.

The AP reported:

Texas’ plans to arrest migrants suspected of illegally entering the U.S. will remain on hold under a federal appeals court order that likely prevents enforcement of Republican Gov. Greg Abbott’s new immigration law until a broader decision on whether it is legal.

The 2-1 ruling late Tuesday is the second time a three-judge panel of the 5th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals has put a temporary hold on the the Texas law. It follows a confusing few hours last week the Supreme Court allowed the law to take effect, setting off anger and anticipation along the U.S.-Mexico border.

In Tuesday’s order, Chief Judge Priscilla Richman cited a 2012 Supreme Court decision that struck down portions of a strict Arizona immigration law, including arrest power. The Texas law is considered by opponents to be the most dramatic attempt by a state to police immigration since that Arizona law.

“For nearly 150 years, the Supreme Court has held that the power to control immigration — the entry, admission, and removal of noncitizens — is exclusively a federal power,” wrote Richman, an appointee of Republican President George

We’ll see>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>

Any prediction on what will happen when Trump is elected and he shuts down the border?

Stretches of the border will open up in warfare and we may need to deplot the US MArines to go after the cartels, pursuing them into Mexico just like they had to do in the Battle of Chapultepec on 12/13 September 1847, during the Mexican–American War, where a force of Marines stormed Chapultepec Castle.

We have been there before and in all likelihood Mexico needs a sharp kick in the arse to understand how they have strayed from peace established back in 1847.

When Trump shuts down the border, there will be a fight with the cartels, these cartels, not the Mexican government, now enforce the sovereigty of Mexico in a criminal way, and Mexico allows this criminal force to invade America, that in itself an act of war.Mexico will soon be in deep doodoo for allowing the cartels to exercise Mexico's foreign policy.

When the President of Mexico says he is controlling the numbers attacking the border and can increase or decrease them if he is not kowtowed to by the US president, that sounds like a government directed invasion. I bet that statement by the Mexican government was not mentioned by the judge.

If there is a MAGA victory in November, this judge should be impeached. Maybe the Mexican threats were not put in evidence in the case, but the judge can raise that as a defense.

You are mixing two separate issues.

Regardless of the issue with Mexican relations, the States Right Issue is still there. In addition to Texas and the border there are other States Rights issues that become involved and need to be sorted out in a SCOTUS ruling.

Even the Mexican issue is actually bifurcated. There is the Mexican Government and there are the Cartels.

My desire is to send American drones with rockets to destroy Cartel compounds including everybody there. The war is thus confined to the Cartels and not Mexico in general. With cartels maimed or destroyed, relations with Mexico can take on a new path.

Maybe

Sell we will see. In any event, Mexico may be run entirely by Cartels who can destroy the elected Mecican government, they have accumu;ated so much power and money, they even have their own international envoys to China.

Whichi ever way ot goes, there will be war on the Sourhern border as the cartels attempt to continue their slave trade and drug trade on behalf of China, designed to destabilize the entire West coast of the United States.Getting ready for invasion. There are tens of thousands of Chinese illegals set to act.

We do not have much time. The shtf when Trump is elected.

He should be impeached now. In fact, I believe EVERY judge whose decision is eventually and finally overturned by a superior court should be impeached for that reason alone. If they are getting “the law” wrong, they shouldn’t be in judicial service.

Because SCOTUS only ruled “until the Federal court made its ruling”. It was temporary.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Of course TX will appeal in some manner, what do you suppose is their next step?
Hopefully massive non-compliance with illegitimate rulings by black-robed sycophants of a communist regime hell-bent on the destruction of this nation.
This type of $h*t will not end until it is MADE to end. Nancy Reagan was mistaken in some things, but she did have a good catch-phrase: "Just Say No".
But a lot of times, it's easier for state leaders to sit around bitching, hoping all the while that someone else will come in and fix the problem for them. Hopefully TX leaders are made of sterner stuff.
I am really shocked that SCOTUS did this. Whiskey Tango Foxtrot!?!?!?!
Non-compliance is mandatory. What are the feds going to do, go arrest TX law enforcement?
Heh. I'd like to see Diaper Boy's cronies try such a thing.
If TX shows the spine I know they're capable of, I'm going to find it awfully hard to get mad at them when they drive like inconsiderate maniacs on their visits to OK. :-)
IF true: "only the federal government can create or enforce immigration law"
Then it follows, that U.S. "Sanctuary Cities" are un-Constitutional.
And other considerations.
