Impeachment inquiry requests new evidence related to Biden's demand to fire Ukrainian prosecutor

Two House Republicans leading their chamber's President Biden impeachment inquiry sent a new letter Monday to the White House seeking documentation about the developments that led to the then-Vice President Biden demanding Ukraine fire its prosecutor developed.

The new request follows a March 1 briefing provided by White House staff to the the members' respective committees detailing then-Vice President Biden’s infamous December 2015 speech to the Ukrainian parliament and the “non-public context” surrounding it.

“Unfortunately, the briefing was inadequate, and White House lawyers peddled demonstrable falsehoods rather than providing substantive and verifiable information. As such, the committees are now compelled to request documents concerning the matters discussed during the March 1 briefing,” the letter, signed by House Judiciary Chairman Jim Jordan and Oversight Chairman James Comer, reads.

The then-vice president’s December 2015 trip to Kyiv is at the center of the impeachment inquiry’s investigation into the demands by Biden for Ukraine to fire Prosecutor General Viktor Shokin, who was investigating Burisma Holdings at the time, according to documents previously reviewed by Just the News.

Hunter Biden, the vice president’s son, was serving on the board of that company at the time. Biden infamously called for the prosecutor’s firing, using a $1 billion loan guarantee as leverage, according to his own later account.

“Evidence suggests that Vice President Biden had Shokin fired to alleviate the pressure on Burisma – the Ukrainian energy company for which Vice President Biden’s son, Hunter Biden, worked – caused by Shokin’s investigation of Burisma and its owner, Mykola Zlochevsky,” the Chairmen wrote.

The White House previously claimed, “Vice President Biden did not alter United States policy. To benefit his son,” according to the letter.

The next "impeachment and removal" from office will effectively happen when Democratic and Republican Trump supporters exercise their voting power to send ALL incumbent lawmakers home permanently in November, except for MTG, Gaetz & Company (and others?).

Beloved but worthless celebrity lawmakers need to be replaced with Trump-supporting patriot lawmakers so that hopeful Trump 47 will not be a lame duck president from the first day of his second term in office, but will be supported by the new Congress to finish draining the swamp.

When did this happen?

Joe Biden did not visit Ukraine on any day in March 2016 or any day in February of 2016. For Joe Biden’s CFR “well, son of a bitch” story to even work with all the correct characters in place, he had to be talking about his Ukraine visit the week of 12/6/2015.

Biden guarantees them the loan and Sorkin has not yet been fired.

Shokin's firing timeline

16 February 2016:Shokin’s deputy Yury Sevruk told the Kyiv Post that Shokin had been on vacation since Feb. 15.
16 February 2016: Shokin submitted a letter of resignation.  Shokin resigns
17 February 2016: an official states he has taken a paid leave. Shokin on Leave
19 February 2016: press secretary Sviatoslav Tsegolko wrote on twitter they had received an official letter of resignation from Shokin. Poroshenko Announces Shokin's Resignation
16 March 2016: an official of the prosecution office stated that Shokin had resumed his work
28 March 2016: protesters called for Shokin's firing.
29 March 2016: Shokin was formally dismissed in a parliamentary vote.
Shokin says his last day was 04/03/2016

Ukraine received the guarantees in Dec 2015 and Sorkin wasn't fired, so Biden's story could not have taken place then, even though he said it was on a Ukraine trip.

The only other time his story could have happened was during the 3rd 1 billion loan talks with the Biden-Poroshenko meeting 3/31/2016 in Wash. D.C..

By this time, 03/31/2016, Shokin supposedly already was gone.

It might have if it is based on the meeting of 03/31/2016(but Biden said it was on a trip to Ukraine) and Sorkin didn't leave until 04/03/2016
