New York's zany "you can't conceal carry unless it is explicitly allowed on private property" got struck down. More of their most recent gun control law is on the chopping block.

The real problem with restrictive gun laws in any state this. The corrupt Congress is stubbornly refusing to do it's 14th Amendment duty to make penal laws that discourage state actors from abridging constitutionally enumerated protections, 2nd Amendment (2A) in this example.
"Section 1. All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside. No State shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States [emphasis added]; nor shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws."

In fact, the congressional record shows that Rep. John Bingham, the main author of Section 1 above, had included 2A when he read the Bill of Rights as main examples of constitutionally enumerated immunities and protections that 14A applies to the states.

The remedy for enforcing the constitutionally enumerated protections of citizens in all states is this. Patriots need to first wake up to the problem that the beloved but worthless federal career lawmakers that they keep reelecting for unknown reasons are not doing their jobs to make 14A-based penal laws that discourage state actors from abridging those protections.
More specifically, Democratic and Republican Trump supporters need to IMMEDIATELY primary ALL state and federal Trump-hating celebrity incumbent lawmakers and executives up for reelection this year, except for MTG, Gaetz & Company (and others?).

Celebrity incumbent lawmakers then need to be replaced with Trump-supporting patriot lawmakers in November so that hopeful Trump 47 will not be a lame duck president from the first day of his second term in office, but will be supported by the new Congress to not only finish draining the swamp, but also do its duty make 14A-based penal laws.
Just like Calif, the voters allowed this to happen to a beautiful and formerly conservative state.
Might be interesting to see how the citizens outside of Denver react to this if it becomes law.
