“It is not true of all women, but it is true of the mean.”

I’m guessing you meant “mean” as in statistics.

Although I recently saw a bumper sticker (online) that said “Nasty Women Vote” which got a lot of thumbs up from females. So your comment took me a second!

"Impartial left the chat years ago."

The oath she took when she was sworn in required her to promise to be impartial. That word is in the oath. Guess she didn't know the definition of the word impartial either.

To Ketanji:

Are you proposing that the federal government, and its agencies, are the sole source of truth for this nation, and if so, how then is the federal government different from the government of King George just prior to the United States revolution?

Oath schmoath, means nothing to the left. The issue is never the issue, the agenda is the issue.

The only way it is still a threat with leverage is that although everyone has hard that rumor-there has never been any factual info/documentation to come out about it-if it is there, then there could be all sorts of illegal bits and pieces to it that could still cause a major scandal and maybe fines, etc. I have no idea what the statute of limitations on illegal adoption, money changing hands, forged docs, etc is-but maybe it isn’t up yet.

Or maybe the dude has a secret mistress who spanks his naughty ass and has photos/video, or maybe he sneaks away to buy time with high-dollar escorts/call girls-that is a resume enhancer only for a dem-for a conservative, it is still a major scandal...

That is not so-there were plenty of liberal men-especially Black ones-who voted for Obama to make that happen without any women voting at all-the sensitive wuss man-bun types voted for him, too. And I can count on one hand the women I know who would even think of voting with emotion, or for “security”-that includes women of all ethnicities/races-security is having a good job if you are single-not depending on the fed to be your daddy. But I live in a rural area-not a city-liberals are an endangered species here, either male or female...

Except USSC justices face no electoral risk. Other than bad press which will eventually blow over if there’s no actual investigation. Even the revelation of a mistress or even a whole brothel will blow over. Embarrassing but who will actually care? Loses conservatives? If so then why threaten to reveal all now! That will drive him away from conservatives and toward liberals. If that was a real possibility, why wasn’t it sung from the DC rafters long ago. If had been done, they would have saved some past rulings like abortion.

Again, I see no reason to resort to blackmail! There must be another reason. How about just poor at his job?

Not only isn’t she a biologist, she apparently isn’t much of a lawyer, either. She’s as ignorant of the Constitution as she is about biological sex.

A good reason for her to be immediately removed from the court. Not that the others are much better.

I think he has always been poor at his job and low on courage and self-confidence-if he wasn’t, he would not have folded to blackmail threats in the 1st place-he would have stood his ground. Clarence Thomas has been threatened and attacked since his confirmation hearings in 1991. If someone threatened him with blackmail over anything, I’m sure he’d tell them to fo...

I think it’s just as you put it this “..I think he has always been poor at his job and low on courage and self-confidence-..”. Extrapolating to blackmail as motivation isn’t warranted without more evidence.

She should be tossed off the supreme court.
The 1st amendment is fundamental.
A basic right of a free country.

Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson raises eyebrows with comment that First Amendment “hamstrings” government”

A comment I came across:
This is the most horrifying thing I’ve ever heard from a Supreme Court Justice.
Ketanji Brown-Jackson is concerned that the First Amendment is making it harder for the government to censor speech.

That’s literally the entire point.

A first year law student understands the First Amendment better than this affirmative action hire. Impeach her!

What if the government viewed it as a safety priority for the country to collude with X to censor Leftist opinions - how would this lunatic look at that? Guaranteed she would be on the other side. This is diametrically opposed to the method of judges deciding a case that has existed throughout our nation’s history, and for hundreds of years before under English Common Law: You let the law, as applied to the facts, determine the result in a case. But what Leftists since Thurgood Marshall have done is to determine the result they want, and to then look for justification (however flimsy) in the law to back up their predetermined result. IMPEACH!
