When they talk about “violence against women”, they don’t mean the same thing by “women” that most people do.

So “violence against women” would include, for example:

• Misgendering a man who’s pretending that he’s a woman;

• Not allowing pretend women in women’s sports competitions;

• Not allowing pretend women in women’s bathrooms and locker rooms;

• Using a pretend woman’s real name;

• Not putting male rapists who call themselves women in women’s prisons;

... and so on.
