When helping my mother go through old documents a few years before she passed away, we found the bills for my sister’s treatment for pneumonia when she was just a baby. There were several bills for $2.50 (office visit) and $5.00 (treatment). We told my sister no wonder we were so poor growing up. My folks spent all their income on her medical bills. LOL!
The government has destroyed the health care model that worked so well for decades. ACA took our care out of the hands of us and our doctors and gave it to the government and insurance companies.
