Certainly not now with a Dim majority. A big enough swing in the R direction may be able to do it though. The margin would need to be big enough to overcome RINO opposition.
We’d need to win AZ, MT, OH, MD, and WV. Maybe WI. Right now, we’ve only got two of those, WV and MD, and Hogan is no Trump supporter.
