America can mass deport illegal aliens, and we know this because it’s done so before

The headlines are full of stories about illegal aliens: They’re raping children, murdering young women, crashing their cars into children, assaulting and murdering police officers…and the list goes on. However, we’re told that we’re stuck with them. Well, we’re not. In the 1950s, when there was political will—and a plea from Mexico to send its citizens home—we did mass deport illegal aliens. Like Pakistan deporting its illegal Afghan aliens, El Salvador jailing its gangs, or Argentina balancing its budget in nine weeks, it just requires political will.

I made a lot of assertions about illegal aliens in my opening paragraph. Let me back them up with just a few examples.

The above are just single points of evidence, of course, but they reflect myriad reports that fill the news regularly. And it doesn’t matter whether illegal aliens are more or less likely to commit these crimes than citizens or people here legally. What matters is that each of these horrible crimes wouldn’t have happened if our government had obeyed the law.

“Air drop?
Push um over the border?”

Or use a trebuchet perhaps?

You are right.

Mass deportation won’t work. Only self deportation. Trouble is - Arizona citizens voted for SB 1070 and a million illegals left the state.

Only to have black robed thugs overturn that law.

"Under what authority and will the courts allow?"

President Biden has shown (and boasted) that the courts' decisions don't matter.

“Over half the country is too soft for that.”

Agreed, so send them to the Deep Blue Sanctuary Cities and States.

“Good question. The only realistic answer would involve buckets of money. Pay the illegals to leave. Pay their home countries to take them back.

I suppose you could forcefully drop them off using landing craft. But that’s not realistic (or maybe it is).”

I disagree. Just the opposite - zero money to the country and add sanctions and other financial deprivations. Take all the money the criminal aliens make away from them and do notlet them send money home.

“Back with Romney there have been calls to help them self-deport—eVerify a key step. But to date no one will implement it. “

No money, no job, no housing and immediate deportation if emergency care needed.

One easy way to get rid of a huge swath of Illegals is to tax their Remittances at 70%.

I forgot which South American country it was but one of the Presidents down there admitted that around 60+% of their GDP were from Remittances from the USA. Tax them at 70% and see how many go home immediately. It will also bring in a huge amount of cash to the Feds.

This is part of what I don’t understand on our side. We all want them gone, like yesterday! But then someone starts talking about following through & deporting..... then comes a crowd of seemingly stern-on-immigration conservatives who nervously bring up 20 different excuses that lefties will use to fight against it. And please, don’t tell me you are only trying to warn us that Democrats & the media will use every weapon they have available to “save” illegals & make us look bad. I’m pretty sure we all no that already. They do that on any issue & every issue that they incorrectly believe might benefit the Democrat Party in the long run. So what?

Democrats are going to file suits, wage media campaigns & say national stuff about Republicans, conservatives and honest Independents & liberals who favor the rule of law? So, there are some tactics & arguments that they will obviously (from-million-miles-away) use to try & overturn the process? So, it’s not going to be super simple & fast? So, they’ll paint us as heartless villains? .......OK! So what response are you hoping to get out of us by telling us stuff we obviously already know? Do you think we should just say “ohhh, this is going to take a minute & Democrats will call us meanies. Let’s just not bother going down that route- it’ll be kinda difficult & it’ll interrupt my vacation & I need to take the car into the dealership.” Seriously? Grow a pair. Everybody on our side talks about how our politicians need to grow backbones. Yall might want to consider that the weakness problems plague our side because of flimsy voters like yall.

Which illegals could Trump deport? Ummmm, anybody that is in the country in violation of its immigration & citizenship laws. We aren’t just going to attack deportation by rounding people up. There will also be a team of lawyers poking holes in extra Constitutional rules changes made by government bureaucrats with no legislative authority & contradicted by actual U S immigration law. Theres an immigration system spelled out in Congressional law, that mandates how many people may immigrate annually, how many refugees are permitted under strict specifications & the total lack of Constitutionality an unelected sub-governmental agency has to alter the express intent of Congressional law, ignore enforcement and create classes of protections, hand out new visas, benefits & privileges & enact & bestow quasi-extra legal sorta residency to millions of foreign nationals.

The DMV doesn’t up & decide, we are going to allow 11 year olds to get drivers licenses. The state legislature sets age & other requirements. The states created those agencies by legislative statute. That law creates agencies, legal requirements, licenses & permits and the general purpose & limitations & legislative primacy & oversight for any agency. Similarly, immigration agencies & officials are created by federal Congressional statute. Congress has written in law the exact number of people who can legally immigrate, the exact number of people who qualify for work or student visas, the exact number of people & specific reasoning for who can claim refugee status & the limitations, purpose & oversight by & answerability to Congress. Those agencies cannot up and decide that they have the right to hand out 2 million come-on-in-&-invade-us permission slips, in addition to the numbers of legal immigrants & refugees sanctioned by Congressional law. Which is what Biden has been doing. He can’t summon the Congressional majorities needed to pass the new larger legal immigration levels he wants- pretty much because large majorities of American voters would fiercely oppose it & murder the political careers of those that helped pass it.

What he’s been doing is handing out unconstitutional dictats & “rule changes” by government agency- in contravention of Congressional law & primacy. Most of this stuff will wind its way through the courts & make it to the Supremes & will certainly, even in liberal courts, be ruled unconstitutional. One of the reasons they wanted immigration stuff in the Ukraine/Israel/border bill- was because they needed Congressional language slipped in that would give the immigration agencies authority to issue rule changes that would allow the ability to pass rule changes & law interpretations that could be made without Congress. Even weak kneed Roberts has led the chare against things like that as usurpation of Congressional authority under the Constitution.

What’s more bothering to me though is how helpless so many of yall sound: “Under what authority will the courts allow?” If, by some leftist miracle, the courts uphold Bidens rule changes or tries making any idiotic justifications to bar Trump from going through with deportations- why the hell don’t we, finally, after a century of judicial overreach & abuse of its governmental role- finally tell them to fold it in 4 corners & stick it where the sun doesn’t shine. The Courts cannot enforce their rulings. They can’t prevent the government from deporting foreigners. The judiciary doesn’t ultimately have a way to enforce any ruling, legitimate or illegitimate. The only way it’s functioned that way for nearly a century is that Congress & state legislatures have made the decision to honor court rulings. All of the enforcement mechanisms are controlled by the legislative & executive branches. It’s an incredibly delicate system because the courts coequal status is totally dependent on whether the legislative & executive branches view their actions as legitimate & are willing to enforce their rulings. Texas is teaching us, with a government run amok. Maybe it’s time to stop willingly going along with or enforcing their illegitimate abuses of power! 🙄

💯

What the leftist commies and all their legions of useful idiots don’t realize is these hordes of immigrants are taking money from kids, poor, recovering alcoholic sand addicts, low IQ, and just people who want to work extra jobs to get ahead.

What says we have to send them to their country of origin?
Let’s make a deal with some shi-hole country in Africa to take them all. Two or three plane-loads and some advertising will have the rest self-deporting.
