She and her boyfriend were drag racing through a residential neighborhood. He was in front and may or may not have hit the kids (the police never checked his car). She was behind him and definitely hit the kids but claims that he hit them first.
IMHO, they both should have been charged and convicted of murder. It doesn’t matter whether he lucked out and missed the kids. The felony murder rule should apply.
It should have taken 6 minutes to convict her.
At least these two boys will finally have justice.
Maybe a public school teacher or college professor.

It doesn’t matter if she was a “socialite” or driving a MBZ. She could have been a house cleaner in a 15 year old Chevy. It is the actions or lack of as applied to the law that count.
Stand her in front of a concrete wall and fling a similar Mercedes to what she was driving at her.
Good. I would guess she will either get a posh place or get a very reduced sentence because of her playing the v-card and the age card.
