I order my critical medicine from Mumbai, India. I pay about 5% the cost in the US. It just takes a month for US Customs to move it from the incoming door to the outgoing door, so you have to plan your purchases ahead.

first noticed the "cyber security issue" affecting its networks Wednesday morning on the East Coast."
"Change Healthcare is experiencing a network interruption related to a cyber security issue and our experts are working to address the matter.
Once we became aware of the outside threat, in the interest of protecting our partners and patients,
we took immediate action to disconnect our systems to prevent further impact," Change Healthcare said in a statement."
(My Opinion): This cyber security issue may reoccur in the near and distant future.
Much better to have your prescriptions on a 3 month/quarterly schedule, as you should have some in reserve supply to tide you over. (Prepping for the unexpected).
