Report: Judge in Fulton County’s Trump Case Donated to Fani Willis
Breitbart ^ | 02/22/2024 | WENDELL HUSEBØ

Fulton County Superior Court Judge Scott McAfee, who is presiding over the Trump election interference case, donated to county prosecutor Fani Willis, financial disclosures show.

The judge donated $150 to Willis in June 2020, while working for the Justice Department.

“The donation itself is more or less a token amount and was made prior to his becoming a judge,” legal analyst Philip Holloway told the Daily Caller. “But failure to disclose to the defendants a political donation to the prosecutor can be seen as a present appearance of a conflict of interest. Judges are required to avoid even the appearance of a conflict of interest.”

Nathan Wade’s Ex-Lawyer Terrence Bradley testified at the Fani Willis disqualification hearing where government prosecutors called him a liar and accused him of assaulting employees and clients.

I’m really getting to confuse all these cases with each other. Maybe by design.

Yes. I see this every day, and think WHO THE HELL IS STANDING UP TO PROTECT TRUMP AS A CITIZEN?

I know where the Democrat Party, the Media, Entertainment, and Education, and all the rest of the Left is on this. They are the scorpions from the tale of The Scorpion and The Frog, where the Frog dies knowing who the Scorpion was when it agreed to take it across the stream on its back. We fully expect this from the Banana Republic stooges on the Left. It is what they do.

Where is the Republican Party on this? Where is the RNC on this?

I know the answer because it is largely a rhetorical question.

But it still pisses me off.

Those “judges” sure do like those fluffy little Ghettopotamus girls waddling around their courtrooms. I’m trying to figure out which they love more. Ghettopotamuses or little teeny bopper Mexican señoritas with a Mexican “law school” diploma.

"Judges are required to avoid even the appearance of a conflict of interest."

But there is that "except in cases where it serves the interests of the Deep State and 'our democracy'™ " clause of the Constitution.

Yes, absolutely, they proved Bradley outright lied about what was covered under the privilege umbrella. So, they have to go back and decide what really is covered.

The fact that he lied, is a big deal.

All of these people are scoundrels.

Came out that Terrence Bradley was accused of SEXUALLY assaulting a female employee.....an accusation he denied under oath.....however it was also revealed when he left the firm over that allegation he left $20,000 in the law firms escrow account.

The kicker is that, that money eventually went to the female that accused Bradley of sexual assault.

The state had that woman all ready to testify but the judge wouldn’t allow it.

What a freakin’ cluster. SMH

It all came out After Bradley admitted that he was indeed in contact with the defense via text message

The defense attorney sent her report that the relationship started well before and he replied “looks good”

The state on redirect said it would take 90 mins but ended it fast after they screwed up

They said they wanted to show that Bradley had a bias against Wade

His own lawyer LOL

Her dress was on backwards... and the judge looked relaxed - I wonder if that means something?

The landmark racketeering case in Atlanta against former President Donald J. Trump and others has been assigned to Scott F. McAfee, a recently appointed Fulton County Superior Court judge who was once supervised by the district attorney overseeing the case, Fanis Willis.
