If the Republicans lose the House in the 2024 elections, the investigations end and Joe is home free whether he wins or loses. If Joe wins reelection, the GOP holds the House, and the GOP wins the Senate by 1 or 2 votes, Joe still skates. Even if the House votes to impeach, it takes a 2/3 vote in the Senate to convict and the Dems will vote as a block not to convict, with likely 4 or 5 Republican Senators voting with them.
If Trump wins, he won’t turn the DOJ loose on Joe, just like he gave Hillary a pass. Even if he told the DOJ to investigate Joe, the DOJ and FBI are filled with left wing Democrat operatives. They will slow walk any investigation of Joe just as they have for years with Hunter and Joe.
