Honestly at this point it is much more likely Bumbling Biden is in the advanced stages of dementia.

Biden has said and behaved exactly the same way since 1985. He just stumbles more now. He's overexposed too. His presence on the 2024 ballot all but ensures exposed election fraud from 2016 and 2020. If Biden isn't in the general election, agreements will have been made for his own off ramp and safe harbor. He cannot return to a ballot in 2024. As Hillary so famously said....."My God, we will all hang after this".

It is a pathway for the Democrats to replace Biden. Biden is going to lose to Trump if he is the Dem nominee. GOPe maneuvers to get a stronger Democrat are frantically underway, and this DOJ report is one of them.
Stop talking about it. Put it on the back burner. You can re-address it this fall when it is too late to replace Biden.
