A special election squeaker means little, particularly with the very small amount of votes in the race in the first place.

These aren’t any proof of anything.

Democrats are searching for any glimmer of hope but this means nothing. People will pour out of every nook and cranny to vote for Trump, not for every Joe Schmoe who runs under the R label.

The alarm bell is that the Democrats are going to have to cheat even harder in November.

I feel like the days when we could dominate in special elections and off-year elections are gone. Itโ€™s like things have been inverted and our voters are behaving more like Democrat voters used to and only turning out for presidential elections.

I told the Republicans there not to vote for him because he wasn’t ‘pure’ enough for me, and therefore a Democrat, any Democrat is FAR BETTER, as that will ‘teach the GOP a lesson’.

(don’t laugh, half the people reading this agree with the above)

Why Democrat party (who has done everything imaginable to destroy this country) would even get 1 vote really amazes me, let alone come “close” in ANY election, much less win one.

Newsweek article, will they be wanting to discredit polls entirely?

Without any way to predict elections stealing becomes easier.

If 50 to 45 percent is only 261 vote difference then clearly the total vote was minimal.

YAWN! This election was for a Oklahoma House District seat, NOT a congressional seat. A 261 vote win out of 5200 total votes. This was a very low turnout. Maybe GOP voters are fed up with Senator Lankford and did not feel like turning out to vote for anyone.

Edmond, OK, is a somewhat sprawling neighborhood with business and shopping -type community at the northeast tip of the greater Oklahoma City, OK area.

Some locals work in the area; otherwise, commuting.

The general Oklahoma City area is worn out in places that need road repair. The roads take a beating in winter. Old concrete in really bad shape.

The entire area, seemed . . . exhausted. Around the airport, was a hotel ghost town. Indications of crime, and reason to not stay there.

In general, maintenance seems to have taken a very long holiday.

YMMV

There are problems all over with numbers annd polls showing Trump in the lead. IMHO, NO WAY Biden loses in Nov. I think the fix is already in and the NY election last night had 11k more DEM mail in ballots than REP. Shocking

Maybe James Lankford (Lump of Wet Sand-OK) is discouraging GOP turnout.

Big Daddy...

Please explain why almost no one voted in this Special election.

Won by 5% or 261 votes.

That means roughly 5,200 people voted in total.

There are at least 520,000 eligible voters in the average Congressional District.

What the democrats have is the ability to bring national resources to local elections. In the past this has been volunteers nonprofits and money.

Now it includes the federal government, volunteers, nonprofits, money and illegals.

Even if Trump wins in november —the democrats are going to take a lot state and local offices. Maybe a shocking number of offices. Republicans don’t have any answer to it as far as I can see.

This is happening every election cycle now. Repub. are expected to clean house. Election happens. Democrats over perform. Republicans are flabbergasted.

RINSE, REPEAT

One would have to a deep dive on the ‘Republican’ that won.

Is he a legit Republican?

Is he the same as Lankford and Mullin, both very fraudlent?
