I’ve no doubt they’d try to interfere in some sneaky way, especially if it looks as if Trump will win. But they’re not going to start WWIII, or open themselves to massive retaliations, not least of which would be the cutting off of trade ties to their biggest cash cow.
More like the incompetence of the administration will take down the grid. They’ve done so well with transportation, the economy, foreign policy, energy, education, etc. I would expect the same quality in their ability to manage the grid.
The grid is an aging security problem. Every home and business should have its own energy source. Safe micronuclear plants can’t come soon enough.
