The head of the Biden Crime Family is too old to put on trial.

Special Counsel Robert Hur has declined to charge President Joe Biden for willfully retaining, disclosing and grossly mishandling a number of classified documents as a private citizen -- taking them from his time in the U.S. Senate and after he left the vice presidency in early 2017. He had no declassification authority in either position.
Citing Biden's age and memory, the report states a jury would not find him guilty.
"We have also considered that, at trial, Mr. Biden would likely present himself to a jury, as he did during out interview of him, as a sympathetic, well-meaning, elderly man with a poor memory," the report states. "Based on our direct interactions with and observations of him, he is someone for whom many jurors will want to identify reasonable doubt. It would be difficult to convince a jury that they should convict him — by then a former president well into his eighties — of a serious felony that requires a mental state of willfulness."
"Mr. Biden's memory was significantly limited, both during his recorded interviews with the ghostwriter in 2017, and in his interview with our office in 2023. And his cooperation with our investigation, including by reporting to the government that the Afghanistan documents were in his Delaware garage, will likely convince some jurors that he made an innocent mistake, rather than acting willfully-that is, with intent to break the law-as the statute requires," the report states.

he gave classified info to a ghostwriter in 2017, of course he has no memory of that..he doesn’t remember when he was VP, he has no memory of when his son the one he cant stop harping about, died..he talks to people who died 20 yrs ago, I think we all know where this is going, this is Biden’s way out, the 25th amendment will happen and Harris will become President

Because trump has a minor cat pooh fight with am archivist at the national archives, the DOJ spends millions pursuing a pile of paper that without legal action would have collected dust for the next 30 years before donation to the Trump presidential libaray to be sorted. Because Joe is Joe, and does not say mean things about lawyers, we go for icecream.

Could it be that the so-called gaffes are actually deliberate actions aimed at building a defense?
He was selling the information in those documents. That is the truth of it. It could be proven if the DOJ had a mind to do so.
And the last I knew there was no exception in the classified document laws that allow one to be careless for any reason.

Then how can Joe be President since that statement implies that Joe is unable to discharge the powers and duties of his office!

A highly partisan archivist with a track record, on a deliberate mission to “get Trump”. Just wanted to clarify that this was not a case arising out of some normal honest disagreement.
This was a planned and executed attack.
