My money is on Russia because Biden blew up their pipeline. The Russians have long memories.
Maybe, but so far, no suspicious industrial or infrastructure damage since February 2022 has been reported as Russian sabotage.
It's not even clear if there's been an increase in such incidents & accidents more than you'd expect from economic recovery after Covid-19 shut-downs.
Plenty of suspicions, but so far no real facts.
