Maybe, but so far, no suspicious industrial or infrastructure damage since February 2022 has been reported as Russian sabotage.
It's not even clear if there's been an increase in such incidents & accidents more than you'd expect from economic recovery after Covid-19 shut-downs.
Plenty of suspicions, but so far no real facts.
Russia wanted to reduce German steel output. As a way to convince Germany to lean away from supplying Ukraine, and appreciate the importance of:
- Russia as a trading partner
- fossil fuel exports from Russia
the undersea pipelines were cut.
they key is yet; i suspect they are waiting to finish in the Ukraine before turning eyes on all those countries who supplied weapons.
