President Trump is now seeking to disqualify Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis from the Georgia RICO case.
Trump joined his co-defendant Michael Roman’s effort to disqualify Fani Willis over her illicit affair with a top prosecutor she hired and financially benefitted from.
As previously reported, Fani Willis had an ‘improper’ romantic relationship with Nathan Wade, a top Trump prosecutor in her office.
According to the Atlanta Journal-Constitution, Fani Willis “financially benefited” from a romantic relationship with Nathan Wade, a top prosecutor she hired to go after President Trump.
The motion was filed in the Superior Court of Fulton County on behalf of defendant Michael Roman, a former Trump campaign official who was hit with counts 1, 9, 11, 13, 15, 17, 19 in Fani Willis’ RICO case.
The motion seeks to have the charges against Michael Roman dismissed and for Fani Willis, Nathan Wade and everyone in the DA’s office to be disqualified from the RICO case against Trump.
The filing claims Nathan Wade, the special prosecutor hired to go after Trump, paid for luxury vacations he took with Fani Willis to Napa Valley and a cruise in the Caribbean – and used money from Fulton County to pay for their out-of-town escapades.

Wade isn’t/wasn’t ‘a’ top prosecutor. He was THE top prosecutor. He billed out most of the $700K Federal Covid money at a rate far higher than the other consultants who are were more qualified.
He must have a change of venue at the very least. Trump can not find an impartial jury in Cobb County after he has been lynched by this woman in the local media.
But Cobb is an adjoining county to the west - used to be solid red but went blue in last election. Lots of liberals moving in from NY and CA. . . and also probably some cheating going on. Somebody stole and voted an absentee ballot in my name. I've been voting since 1976, and have never had any sort of problem before.
Wade was a private attorney working out of a basement
when DA Fani got the hots for the married Wade.
She hired him as a top prosecutor for the Trump case
even though Wade had no legal bgrnd in RICO cases.
She proceeded to pay Wade an enormous amt of tax dollars which
gave the two the ability to travel and cruise luxury destinations.
Wade’s law partner also got a $167,000 piece
of the action which means Wade got a percentage.
We’re you able to verify who they voted for with your stolen absentee ballot, or just a certain “guess”?
In any case, the person who investigated and filed the charges massively violated several laws including the very RICO law she charged Trump with.
It is not a remedy to move to another area and let someone else continue the same case. Fruit of the poison tree.

Is there history of such motions with evidence apparent like this, being successful in dismissing the offending parties? Or the case entirely? Or at least moving it?
Yes. But at this point we are beyond rule of law. The very existence of this case, the New York cases about the real estate value and the one with the lying woman, and the documents case out of DC/Florida are all political prosecutions where the courts rule in one direction only.
BLM and Antifa terror squads ran wild, murdered dozens of cops, attacked Congressmen in the street, assaulted federal buildings for 3 months on a row. They are all walking free.
The January 6 velvet rope tourists are being held for over 2 years without a first hearing.
So it no longer matters what cases happened in the past. We are in a pure tyranny at this point. No precedent will be interpreted in Trump’s favor. And they will break any rule to get him.
I’ve heard that if the top prosecutor’s conduct and execution of a case is tainted as improper or illegal then the entire case and that of the office is just as tainted. Seems to me the case would get thrown out or completely restarted with a whole new team - and all prior ‘evidence’ invalidated. JMO.

I just read the court filing and Trump’s motion adds more reason to remove Big Fanny Willis.
and my advice to Fani is to keep digging your hole deeper.
In no other world but Bidenworld is the Trump defamation case an $88.5 million dollar case.
Lawyers will now be telling clients WRT the Trump decision:

The real takeaway from this is that Wade visited the Whitehouse on two occasions. He was being assisted by the Biden Administration to subvert the leading Republican candidate. This is the important part. Let’s not get caught up in the salacious aspect.

I do not know. The election supervisor told me that they would compare signatures -- but I don't know what the outcome was.
