In September, former Trump advisor Dr. Peter Navarro, 74, was convicted of criminal contempt of Congress for refusing to comply with a subpoena before Liz Cheney’s January 6 investigation.
Navarro did not comply with the subpoena with the half-baked and partisan committee because he said Trump told him to assert executive privilege. The partisan DC jury previously convicted Navarro on two counts of contempt after deliberating for four hours.
Biden’s corrupt DOJ sought a six-month prison term for Navarro. On Thursday, Obama-appointed judge Amit Mehta sentenced Peter Navarro to 4 months in prison and ordered him to pay a $9,500 fine.
Judge Amit Mehta barred Navarro from making the executive privilege argument after DOJ prosecutors accused the former Trump aide of ‘hiding behind executive privilege claims.’

Dr. Navarro is a brilliant analyst, a very elfin man in his 70s. And these unspeakable pieces of excrement are putting this distinguished man into the humiliating, unhealthy prison environment for a made up "crime". While Eric Holder is walking around free, as are the numerous actual criminals in the Biden illegal regime. I think, and I hope, that the outright rebellion in Texas refusing the bought-off SCOTUS decision to cut the wire protecting our country is only a beginning of saying NO to the treason pouring out of Washington DC.

Now, think about this: Humper walked into a Congressional hearing, made fun of em, insulted em, humiliated, em, embarrassed em, laughed at em, made jokes about em.....and then just calmly walked out...free as a bird knowing full well that they’re totally gutless.
Congress absolutely has no balls whatsoever...nada, none. Useless as teats on an old boar hog (with no insult intended to boar hogs, they’re vicious).
When Trump becomes president, I expect him to go scorched earth. And I would like it if he arrested big name journalists and media owners who complained about it. No half measures. The Democrats do not hold back. Why should we?

And yet once again we see the modern bizarre concept of “justice” from the black robed tyrants. A judge deciding what argument you can and cannot make.
This goes against every concept of justice and the powers belonging to a jury.
If you want to argue your dog told you to do it, that you have Presidential immunity, or that the law is wrong, or being unfairly applied, that is simply no business of a judge.
It’s pure tyranny that you are forbidden from making some arguments. Prosecutors are almost never so restricted.
That's one reason why Americans are so hard to control. We were born and raised free!
Freedom is in our blood unlike most of the rest of the world raised in 'Collectivist' governments.
Having the most guns on the planet is another reason.
If they ever actually lock up Trump, there should be a massive color revolution at the site of the jail, complete with a storming of the Bastille.
Hopefully patriots bust him out. After all, isn't that what America has become, no equal justice, no real laws...
DC needs to be brought to heel. They deserve a HARD leash yank. They have lost all resepct for and fear of the people who are supposedly their masters.
They see themselves as a government ruling over a people, not as workers, hired by that people and constrained by a constitution.
Dirty Harry Reid gave up the judicial filibuster to load the DC courts with partisan hack judges. Now we can see the trap he laid for Republicans caught in his web.
