I think I watched all the Trump rallies before the Iowa caucuses and I do not recall his promoting warp speed again. It is possible that he has learned a bit about vaccine consequences. He is not a scientist or a medical doctor and he probably believed, back in 2020, that a true vaccine was going to be produced.
