During a radio interview, Joe Biden expressed disbelief that Republicans have a problem with gay porn books being made available to children as young as six years old in schools across the country.

Biden claimed that Republicans are trying to ban books, a tactic that has been repeatedly used to downplay the fact that sexually explicit material and books promoting transgenderism are being placed in school libraries.

“The idea that you can be told that you can’t read certain books. This is the United States of America, for God’s sake!” Biden stated.

He added “These guys are afraid of the truth!”

As we have repeatedly highlighted, the specific books being referred to, titles such as Gender Queer and All Boys Are Blue, contain overtly sexual themes and pornographic imagery.

Even the author of Gender Queer admitted that the book is not suitable for children.

Biden and the Democrats keep pushing the lie that Conservatives are on a quest to ban books.

When asked about the subject, Minnesota Governor Tim Walz claimed that “they’re trying to ban Charlotte’s Web,” which is not true.

The books depict minors engaged in sex acts and the SCOTUS has already ruled that any depiction of minors engaged in sex acts, whether real or fictional (ie drawings, paintings, CGI etc.), is child porn. A Federal felony to produce, distribute or possess.

One thing that leftists unfortunately excel at is controlling language. “Choice”, “reproductive rights”, “undocumented”, “migrant”, “hate”, “gay”, “LGBTQ community”, etc. … All are meant to distort the meaning of what they actually refer to. And leftists have long done the same with the generic use of the word, “book.” They push the notion that “books” are by definition some holy object that must be revered, without ever specifying what type of books they’re referring to. But a book is nothing more than a bound pile of blank pages. No one is opposed to books themselves, unless they have some irrational fear of paper. But whether a specific book is deemed appropriate for a child to view is highly dependent upon its content. If you wouldn’t let some stranger talk to your young child in private, then you certainly shouldn’t allow strangers who happen to be authors do the same using the medium of a book, unless you as the parent have viewed it and approved it first.

I get so sick of this leftist “book” worship. It’s just an ideological tactic, the same as they similarly worship undefined “education” and “teachers.” A good tactic for fighting back would be to demand that the Bible be taught in school, and then throw their own words back in their faces, calling them “book banners” when they freak out about it.
