All The Dems and Left have is Fear. IF Trump is elected, he Might become a dictators. (Like Biden is). He might weaponize the DoJ or the FBI (Like Obama/Hillary/Biden has done). To hold power they may well set off a World War. National Emergency would give Biden Cabal war powers to arrest foes, cancel elections, rig them, arrest anyone they dislike. Phone in ballots like American Idol?

From the clear wording of Article II, I say the President can FIRE, release or re-assign anyone at any time.
The GS laws that restrict the President are therefore unconstitutional.
