TSA Assistant Federal Security Director Maxine McManaman was arrested in Atlanta by U.S. C+BP on Dec. 28.

McManaman had a warrant for her arrest posted by the St. Lucie County (Florida) Sheriff’s Office, which claimed she and an alleged accomplice named Delroy Chambers Sr. exploited a relative suffering from dementia by falsifying documents in their name, according to Port St. Lucie Police.

And there are no lie detector checks used in most employment anymore. A simple question “have you ever” may have tripped her up and put a question mark on her hire.

I remember when I was interviewing once in Texas for a management position with a large retailer, and we had to do a lie detector exam with all sorts of “have you ever” questions.

I had money stolen from my bin going through TSA screening. There must have been 5 or 6 standing around. When I asked, “where’s my money?” they just looked at me. I asked again only to be told “that’s not our responsibility”. I don’t think one of them took it but I just thought ‘wow’, robbed while going through security, the irony.

They’re not stopping anything, useless overhead.

I had prescriptions stolen by the TSA. I was heading home and they snagged it all - nothing major, just Lisinopril and cholesterol meds and baby aspirin — nor expensive. I think they saw prescription bottles and just decided to see what it was.

Fortunately had dupes at home.
