Russia has never threatened Finland in modern history
Well, I guess it technically it was the Soviet Union, not Russia, that fought a couple wars with Finland and seized a substantial portion of it.

I was about to point out WWII. But that was “USSR” not Russia.

Whether the titleof the dictator was/is Tsar or Party Chairman or now "President", it's the same paranoid Muscovy, congenitally unable to get along with others on the playground.
