I’ll be 6* tomorrow. I was raised in the south. I’ve never used the N word. My view is that if you turn us inside out we are all the same.
Here is my question for all Freepers:
DO YOU GIVE A DAMN ABOUT SKIN COLOR?

DO YOU GIVE A DAMN ABOUT SKIN COLOR? "... treated as individuals, human beings do not present great problems, but when they are treated as arbitrary racial groups, social and international difficulties are created. It is our task to retain the individual as that foundation of society, irrespective of his race, color, or religion. It is a problem we must face and solve - no matter what the cost may be to our false dignity or imagined self-interest. Left unsolved, the cost will prove beyond calculation."

I have an aversion to getting Sunburned because I peel big time when it happens. So I’m not fond of Red.
I don’t care what color someone is. But if they start causing trouble or trying to hurt Myself, Family, Friends or Innocent People then I have a problem.

FOR YEARS: NO
NOW, after being degraded in every way for being born white, I am far more cautious around any of them.

I do. When I'm traveling and looking to stop if the area/stores are all black/brown I don't stop. I see large crowds of black/brown, I'm avoiding. Growing up in the Detroit area that is basic survival.
However, a high school buddy and I were in Huntsville AL in 84 and we walked into a pinball store, both of stopped at the door seeing only black faces. But in unison we realized it was the south and continued to enter, didn't have any issues.
Mostly I don't care or notice in casual settings, like on military installations. But with BLM and Obama's sons being forced down our throats, it's more and more difficult not to care.
