The Colorado Supreme Court has ruled that Donald Trump, who faces multiple criminal indictments including one alleging he conspired to overturn the results of the 2020 election, will not be allowed to remain on the ballot in the Mile High state in 2024.
“A majority of the court holds that President Trump is disqualified from holding the office of President under Section Three of the Fourteenth Amendment to the United States Constitution,” the Colorado Supreme Court said in their ruling on Tuesday.
The ruling will be placed on hold until Jan. 4 pending any appeals.
At oral arguments earlier this month, justices wrestled with the question of Trump’s eligibility and sharply debated and questioned whether Section III of the Constitution’s Fourteenth Amendment might preclude Trump from appearing on the presidential ballot.

Colorado was lost about 50 years ago with lefties from the West Coast moving in.
Maybe more when SCOTUS laughs this ruling into the judicial trash can.
If they do that they should lose the rights to send electors for the presidential election.
They just need one state to go through and stick to unravel the whole election for Trump.
You do not think other states will attempt the same? When does SCOTUS rule on this?

What are they going to do when he wins the election?
Colorado has 9 electoral votes.
It has been attempted in other States and failed.
That won’t “unravel” anything.
Their fear of Trump is what convinces me that he is the only answer to the fascist takeover of this country.

Yeah, but guilty of what? He hasn’t been convicted of anything thus far. How can this “ruling” stand?
