Hunter Biden faces 42 years in federal prison for nine tax and three gun charges filed by special counsel David Weiss.
Per Weiss’ indictments:
Weiss charged Hunter Biden on Thursday, asserting he was “engaged in a four-year scheme” to not pay at least $1.4 million in taxes “he owed for tax years 2016 through 2019 and to evade the assessment of taxes for tax year 2018 when he filed false returns.”
“If convicted, he faces a maximum penalty of 17 years in prison,” the Department of Justice wrote regarding the tax indictment. “Actual sentences for federal crimes are typically less than the maximum penalties. A federal district court judge will determine any sentence after taking into account the U.S. Sentencing Guidelines and other statutory factors.”

Joe will announce he’s not running for re-election sometime after the New Year. He’ll pardon Hunter before he leaves office, but wait until after the 2024 election.
Hunter’s a lawyer.
What’s to figure out?
This is to make it go away.
The Dem convention will nominate newsome
The indictment apparently refers to his work as “lobbying,” and mentions the foreign clients, so this seems to leave the door wide open for the FARA charges that many of us have been hoping for.
NO HE DOESN’T!
Plea bargains, dropped charges, reduced charges, and concurrent sentences means criminals get “probation”.
IF Hunter Biden really believes that he is going to prison (WITHOUT cocaine) he just might “roll over” on “Pops”, “The BIG Guy”
“The charges are very serious, rock solid and will damage the corrupt Biden Presidency and the people in his circle.”
Well sorta.
The tax charges are important because Democrats love taxes, love tax enforcement even more and love punishing tax cheats most of all.
He won’t see one day in prison. His daddy will pardon him. He will do so after he loses the election or is told he will not be running for election.
He’ll serve twice as much time as Hillary did for destroying evidence.
The gun charge should go away, as the second amendment renders that document he falsified unconstitutional. It should be replaced with making a false statement.
What are the odds he never serves a single day?
And a photo with Joey
Daddy will pardon him.
