You'll recall that members of the Penn women's swimming team did not have free speech rights at all to complain when the university forced a mentally ill dude into their locker room with them. Quite the contrary--they were threatened by the university if they spoke out.

More alums need to follow suit. That’s what I’ve been advocating as well. Best way to change their behavior is to impact the pocketbook. Cut them off from all revenue no matter how small.
