The House voted Thursday to censure Democrat Rep. Jamaal Bowman of New York for falsely pulling a fire alarm in a House office building in September.
The final vote was 214-191 with five members voting present. Three Democrats voted

191 Dems are good with falsely pulling fire alarms and disrupting the business of the house? We are sooo screwed with this lopsided corrupt partisanship from the dems.
ABC needs to be charged for such illegal political contributions-in-kind.
Expulsion requiers a 2/3 vote of Congress. 191 Democrats voted no on merely censuring him. The math doesn’t work out. If he were expelled, I have no doubt he’d easily win re-election.
As for prosecution, the crime was committed in the most densely democrat population in the country, the District of Columbia. The odds are against even one Republican on any jury.
If you or I did what Bowman did, we'd be convicted in a criminal court and fined, imprisoned or both.
